About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering behavioral interventions: Implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions designed to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.
• Collaborating with ABA teams: Working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other ABA professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assisting with data collection and analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to assess treatment effectiveness and inform treatment decisions.
• Maintaining a client-centered focus: Providing care and support to clients in a warm, welcoming, and therapeutic environment.
