Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Alpaca Health is seeking dedicated RBTs to work in-person with children in homes, schools, and daycares across our multi-state network. You will follow individualized BCBA plans, implement behavior strategies, and collect data daily, guided by a BCBA mentor from day one.
Either you already hold an active RBT certification or you are on a clear path to earning one, with reimbursement for training where applicable. Full-time or part-time options are available to suit client needs.

Work Location: In Person
If you want work that challenges you, changes lives, and builds a real career, this is it. For many of our roles you don’t need your RBT certification to apply. What matters most is that you love working with kids, you’re dependable, and you’re ready to show up. Some roles do require an active certification, but if you’re not certified yet, we’ll help you find your path to getting there.
Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. We hire certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one. Either way, you’ll work alongside a dedicated BCBA who mentors you from day one, not a manager, not a corporate supervisor.
You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Every day is different. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow. Your BCBA is closely involved and reachable, so there’s no guessing and no flying solo.
We’re not a big clinic chain. We’re a network of independent therapists who chose this work because they believe in it, and we match every RBT with a BCBA who mentors, not manages. We match families with providers who have availability now, and we work where families actually are. If you want a career where you see the results of your work every single day, this is it.
