Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work directly with children and families to implement individualized ABA plans under a BCBA supervision, with opportunities for professional growth.

The role offers hourly pay between $22 and $32, with full-time or part-time schedules, in-home or community settings in the Richmond area. Training and ongoing supervision, as well as health benefits and PTO, are provided.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
