Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (12-15 hours per week)

Location: Reisterstown, MD 21136

Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 1 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.

Our team of Registered Behavior Technicians provides in-house services to clients throughout Maryland while enjoying competitive pay, benefits, flexibility, and training. About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for children between 4-8 years old. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. You will take detailed notes throughout the session that your Clinical Supervisor will use to develop treatment plans for future sessions.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday (and possibly Fridays) from 3:30pm - 6:30pm/7:30pm

Compensation:

The pay is between $24.00 - $29.00/hour depending on experience, with a higher hourly rate for hours worked on the weekend.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
• At least 1-year experience working with children is highly preferred
• Experience working with children with challenging behavior is a plus
• Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
