Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Peletier, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and community settings. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.

Part-time afternoon hours are available now, with potential to grow into full-time. Competitive pay and strong clinical support are offered to help you develop into leadership roles through our fellowship programs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes or designated service locations.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in the client's day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.

Job Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Blossom ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by providing 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive environment. Our RBTs work closely with our collaborative team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.

• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Track and report on client progress through session notes

Requirements

• Active RBT certification from the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids
• Previous ABA experience is a plus
