Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Provo, UT. You will work with children and adolescents with autism, implementing tailored ABA plans under supervision from a BCBA. The role supports in-home, school, and community settings.

The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of age, a high school diploma (bachelor's in psychology/education preferred), and strong communication skills. Experience with ABA is a plus; driving and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; prior ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.
