Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings in Maryland. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help clients achieve positive behavior change.

The role involves data collection, collaboration with families and BCBAs, and delivering services in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities
