Evolving Minds Together is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism across home, school, and community settings. You’ll implement individualized programs designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and engage with families to support ongoing development.
This role emphasizes collaboration with a BCBA team, ongoing training, and meaningful work helping children reach their potential in a supportive environment.

As an RBT, you’ll bring science and compassion together to create real impact in children’s lives.
Provide1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related disorders (ages 18 months–15 years).
Work inhome, school, or community settings to support a child’s development.
Implement individualizedbehavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.
Collect data electronically to track progress and celebrate successes.
Communicate with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions.
Participate in monthly team training sessions to continue learning and connecting.
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) inPsychology, Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.
Experience working with children with autism (1 year preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply!).
Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus!).
Active RBT credentialor willingness to obtain within 60 daysof hire.
