Job summary

Evolving Minds Together is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across school, home, and community settings, under BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data and engage families to reinforce growth beyond sessions.

The role supports children with autism, emphasizing collaboration, ongoing training, and pathways toward BCaBA/BCBA certification in a caring team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with autism (1 year preferred; new grads encouraged).
  • Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related disorders (ages 18 months–15 years).
  • Work in home, school, or community settings to support a child’s development.
  • Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.
  • Collect data electronically to track progress and celebrate successes.
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions.
  • Participate in monthly team training sessions to continue learning and connecting.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.

  • Experience working with children with autism (1 year preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply!).

  • Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus!).

  • Active RBT credential or willingness to obtain within 60 daysof hire.
