Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children at Pearland Center. The role involves implementing BCBA-driven treatment plans and closely tracking each child’s progress in partnership with families.

You will join a supportive, mission-driven team focused on meaningful improvements for children with autism, with benefits including health coverage, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
