Job summary

Bright Builders ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and team members to promote client success.

Qualifications include an RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check. Travel locally and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

You will implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document data on client progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
