Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure skill generalization and positive outcomes.

Requirements include active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Prior experience with autism is preferred and a passion for helping children drives our team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
