Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and implement behavior analysis services under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a scheduled caseload of clients.
• Provide direct one-on-one skill acquisition and behavior reduction services to clients in clinic, community, or school settings.
• Ensure accurate data collection during each session for clients on your caseload.
• Collaborate, communicate, and assist with training clients, parents, and staff.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
• Collect signatures from guardians for each session and complete billing information promptly and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: High School Diploma or GED; college credits or an associate degree preferred. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 40-hour certification required. CPI training current.
• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year as a registered behavior technician or direct experience working with children with ASD or behavioral challenges, including internships. Proven success in data collection and applying strategies to positively change behavior. Experience in implementing behavior intervention plans and billing ABA services is preferred.
