Overview

Position:Registered Behavior Technician

Location: Orland Park

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hours Vary)

Compensation:$18.00 - 20.00/hr (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire a part time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in LOCATION. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
  • Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
  • Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
  • Some travel may be required
Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Health Care Experience
  • Previous Therapy Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification
  • CPR certification
