Responsibilities and Duties

1. Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
2. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
3. Collect data and submit session notes.
4. Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
5. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
6. Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting and punctuality.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
2. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and families.
4. Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
5. Must pass a criminal background check.
