Regency ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team for in-home ABA therapy, under supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care and supporting children to gain independence.

The position is part-time (approximately 15 hours/week), with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 3 pm–6 pm, and includes competitive pay, weekly pay, and mileage between clients.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated passion for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record session data in CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team.
• Help children build meaningful skills and independence.
