ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings in Brooklyn Heights, NY. The role follows BCBA-designed treatment plans and requires data collection and collaboration with families to ensure client success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour
• Part-Time: Monday and Friday 4:00 to 6:00 PM and weekends 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday preferred, sessions will be longer after first 2-4weeks
• Location: Brooklyn Heights, New York, NY

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
