Job summary

True Progress Therapy is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Gloucester County, New Jersey. We deliver evidence-based ABA therapy with flexible schedules and supportive growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy in home/school/clinic, implementing BCBA-designed plans, data collection, and collaboration with families to ensure client success. We offer full-time (15–25 hrs/week) or part-time opportunities with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
