Job summary

True Progress Therapy in Farmingdale, NJ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success.

Candidates should have or pursue RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $23 - $28/hour

• Full-Time: 25-30 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Farmingdale, New Jersey
