Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision of a BCBA. The role offers weekday hours in the Bellevue/Raynor Center location with competitive pay.

You will implement treatment plans, track progress, support families, and participate in professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.

Responsibilities
