Job summary

Autismlearningcollaborative is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the McKinney Center. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans from a BCBA and tracking progress. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The position offers competitive pay, health benefits, and paid time off in a supportive environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications
