Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the Bellevue Center in Bellevue, NE. You will implement BCBA-provided treatment plans and track progress for families and caregivers.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred), experience with kids, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• Experience working with children is required or preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress and support families.
