Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, applying ABA techniques under BCBA supervision to support development.

The role offers part-time hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am-2:00pm), competitive $26.00–$28.00/hour, mileage reimbursement, PTO and sick time, and opportunities for growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• In-home setting experience preferred.
• RBT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in child home/school/clinic settings.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

About The Role

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. In this role, you will work one‑on‑one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school setting
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
