ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) in Monroe, CT, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or communities. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, ongoing professional development, and adherence to BACB ethical standards. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered with part-time hours initially.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $32/hour
• Part-Time: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 3:30 – 6:30 PM / Wednesday and Thursday 3:30 - 7: 30 PM and weekends (Saturday 10 AM - 1 PM preferred or flexible)
• Location: Monroe, CT

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
