Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a growing, locally owned team in Millcreek, UT. Our staff is supported by supervising BCBAs and given opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Positions are part-time with competitive wages ($25–$32 per hour) and benefits such as PTO. You will provide ABA therapy across client homes, schools, and community settings, helping learners develop communication and daily living skills under supervision.

Competenze

• RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or transcripts are required.

Full job description -Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) to join our growing team.

Little Champs ABA is a truly locally owned business started and overseen by BCBAs who understand and appreciate the direct therapy work that the RBT does everyday. RBTs are supported and are always able to speak with their supervisors with concerns or questions.

Hourly Wages:

• $25-32/hour

Qualifications and Skills:

• RBT Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the RBT:

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client's home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner's independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings
