Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Utah. We offer supportive supervision, opportunities for BCBA supervision, and a friendly, locally owned environment where staff are valued.

RBTs provide ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, or community settings, helping learners gain life skills and improve communication. This part-time role includes training and mentorship to support career growth.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (required).
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client's home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner's independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions and participate in ongoing trainings.

Hourly Wages:

• $25-32/hour
