Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or in-person settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and staff to ensure outcomes.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay of $20–$28 per hour, and benefits. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings.
• Follow supervisor-driven treatment plans and programs.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with team and participate in staff meetings/trainings.
• You must be punctual and able to commute from multiple locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in school environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communicationitalization="">

• Valid state identification card
