Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Indiana seeks a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school environments. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA to support each child’s progress.

Flexibility in hours with weekdays, weekends as needed; travel up to 25% may be required. Competitive compensation with benefits and room for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, verbal and written.
• Valid state identification card and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in school environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in school environments

• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
