Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in McKinney, TX. The role offers Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

This is a full-time position with immediate openings and a strong focus on following treatment plans with pediatric clients. Qualified candidates have an active RBT certification and are prepared to obtain certification if needed; you will work with a collaborative team in a supportive clinic setting, with opportunities

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist children physically as needed.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $17– $23.50 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $18 –$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $19 –$27 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
