Advanceable ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, pediatric ABA therapy across Ridgeway and surrounding areas. The role offers part-time schedules with the potential for full-time hours, and compensation of $21–$25 per hour.

You will work under a BCBA, delivering individualized 1:1 sessions in the child’s home environment. The position emphasizes hands-on skill-building, collaboration with families, and ongoing BCBA supervision to grow clinical competencies.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or supported to obtain certification.

What You'll Do:

As an RBT, you'll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills

• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques

• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes

• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team

• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training

• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We're Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we'll support your path to certification

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow

• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)

• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

• Ability to work in clients' homes throughout the [LOCATION] area

• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available

• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday-Friday; weekends as needed)

• 1-25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
