Job summary

B Above is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Indiana for flexible part-time and full-time roles. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings, following BCBA-designed plans and collecting progress data.

You’ll collaborate with a clinical team and support children in communication, social, and daily living skills. We offer competitive pay starting at $23–$28 per hour, comprehensive training, and a supportive work environment that values growth

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation to visit in-home, school, or community settings.
• Genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities
