$25-$29 an hour

Part Time 4:30pm to 7:00pm M-F

What You'll Be DoingAs an RBT, you'll play a crucial role in helping children grow and develop important life skills. You'll work one-on-one with children, under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to cultivate positive behaviors. You'll:

• Plant the seeds for individualized ABA therapy programs that make a real difference.
• Use data-driven techniques to help children grow their skills and behaviors.
• Work alongside families to tailor therapy to each child's unique needs-nurturing success in home and community settings.
• Track progress using electronic medical records and help children branch out into new areas of success.

What We're Looking ForRequired:

• RBT Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for data collection.

Preferred:

• TRICARE certification.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A passion for helping children grow and thrive toward independence.
