Action Behavior Centers in Litchfield Park, AZ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized treatment plans under supervision. This full-time daytime role offers predictable hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Starting immediately, you will work at 4221 N Pioneer Drive Building 3, hold RBT cert, and progress through growth opportunities from clinical technician to BCBA via Everest Program.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• 18+ years old and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Full-time schedule with Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; Saturdays optional based on patient needs.

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $19– $23.75 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $21.50 –$27.25 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22.50 –$28 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
