Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician for home-based services in Lilburn, Monday to Friday, 4:15 pm–7:00 pm. Must be an RBT to qualify; part-time with potential medical benefits for those who qualify.

The role involves implementing ABA-driven programs with youth in home/community settings, providing 1:1 therapy, and reporting progress under supervision.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver’s License; reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs in homes and community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and data.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient information.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
