Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in Lewisville, TX seeks Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join Castle Hills Center. Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism during hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Work alongside BCBA to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support families. Competitive pay with raises, health benefits, and PTO that grows with tenure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in related field preferred.
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
