Job summary

Golden Touch ABA in Lehi, UT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work with children and adolescents with autism in home, school, and community settings to deliver high-quality therapy and collect progress data.

The role emphasizes empathy, patience, confidentiality, and teamwork with BCBAs and families. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is preferred,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.
