Job summary

Aim Higher ABA - LV/IN in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism through evidence-based therapies. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to monitor progress.

You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other healthcare professionals in a supportive team environment, providing one-on-one and small-group instruction with a focus on skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience working with children with autism, preferably in an ABA setting.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Registered Behavior Technician at Aim Higher ABA - LV/IN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavior analytic services to children with autism. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other healthcare professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement behavior analytic interventions and treatments for children with autism, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS)
• Collect and analyze data on client behavior, progress, and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to clients, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills development
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and communication with families

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Speech Therapy)
• Experience working with children with autism, preferably in an ABA setting
• Ability to implement and maintain behavior analytic interventions and treatments
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
