Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC in Lafayette, CA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral needs in a full-time role. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA teams to promote positive outcomes.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and at least one year of experience in a special education setting.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• 1 year of experience in a sped education setting with CPI training
• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:30am - 2:45pm
