Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in Boulder, CO is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a full-time role.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with competitive pay, benefits, and access to professional development resources as part of a supportive clinical leadership team. A valid RBT certification and SPED classroom experience are required to join our mission.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of SPED public-school classroom experience.
• Must be able to drive in mountain/canyon conditions and snowy weather.
• Available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 8:30am - 3:30pm
