Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Jersey Village, TX to support children ages 18 months to 8 years through play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help children learn via engaging activities in a full-time role with predictable daytime hours.

• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset; may assist a nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $16– $22.50 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50 –$24 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $17.50 –$26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. In this role, you will:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
