Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive clinical team. This home-based role serves children in their own homes, in the Java, VA area, enabling natural learning and meaningful progress.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, PTO, RBT certification support, BCBA supervision, and opportunities to grow your ABA career while helping families build communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification planned
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Java area
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Mon–Fri; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Work directly with children to implement ABA treatment plans
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Stay active during sessions (sitting, squatting, walking, running, playing)

What You’ll Do:

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills

• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques

• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes

• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team

• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training

• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
