Base Pay Range

$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in the community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping individuals with autism.
