Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (range provided by Kids Club ABA; actual pay depends on skills and experience)

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Job Summary

We seek a dedicated RBT to work with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Document progress and maintain records
• Support clients with ADLs and social interactions
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus
• Familiarity with medical documentation and care plans

Schedule and Work Setting

• After school, day, and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
• In-person, in-home, private school, or school settings
