Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Hebron, IN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families on individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, help children build communication, social, and daily living skills, and document progress as part of a supportive clinical team.

This part-time role offers hourly pay of $22–$27 with evening hours Wednesday to Friday, in-home or community settings, and paid training plus

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements and, if travel to client homes is required, driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:
