Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly to clients of varying ages in home, school, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection requirements for services provided, and write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training.

Hourly Wages:

$22 - $32/hour
