Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to join our team and work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, providing individualized ABA therapy under board-certified supervision.

You will collect real-time progress data, implement intervention plans, and collaborate with families to support meaningful skill development while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
