Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and collect progress data.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree is a plus), reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. This role offers growth with a supportive team.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
