$22.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time Afternoon/Evening

Position Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting the progress of each client’s unique goals. This position is ideal for an RBT who is enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to high-quality care.

RBT Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA, following RBT guidelines and standards
  • Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record data accurately, documenting client progress and behavior changes
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision and training
  • Provide compassionate support and guidance to clients and families, building rapport
  • Follow policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
  • Current RBT certification through BACB or willingness to complete within 90 days if required by law
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional degrees in psychology, education, or related fields are a plus
  • Reliable, compassionate, dedicated to helping others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement treatment plans
  • Physical ability to work with children during therapy sessions
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation if travel is required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children in ABA or special education settings
  • Bilingual abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in long-term career in behavioral health and pursuing further ABA certifications
