Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a heart-driven ABA team. All applicants must be RBT certified to begin work, with pay range $25–$35/hour and options for Full-Time or Part-Time schedules.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools, follow treatment plans from our BCBA mentors, and track progress with our friendly systems while collaborating closely with families and teammates.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required to begin employment.
• Experience or comfort with 1:1 ABA therapy in home/school settings.
• Ability to work with families and BCBA teams.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.

Salary options are available for all RBT staff with an active RBT certification.
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available
Start Date: ASAP—we can’t wait to meet you!

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week!)
