Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. You will follow BCBA plans, monitor progress, and partner with families to help children thrive in everyday settings.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), opportunities for growth, and a supportive team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in children's lives.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or actively obtaining it.
• Ability to work with children and families in-home or in-school settings.
• Positive, collaborative mindset and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using our training-enabled systems.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child development.
• Bring energy, compassion and consistency to daily sessions.

Pay Range: $27–$33/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week depending on what YOU are looking for!)
